SafariGo Operator Agreement Summary
By submitting this application, you certify that all information and documents provided are accurate and legally valid. You agree to maintain active TALA and BRELA registrations for the duration of your SafariGo membership.
You acknowledge that SafariGo may conduct background verification checks on your business registration, tax compliance status, and operational history with TANAPA/TAWA. False information may result in permanent platform removal.
You agree to the SafariGo Milestone Escrow terms: funds will be released according to the three-milestone framework, and QR checkpoint scans constitute legally binding proof of service delivery.
SafariGo charges a 3–5% commission on bookings generated through the marketplace. B2B API usage is governed by a separate SaaS agreement. FX conversion rates are published transparently at the time of each transaction.
Operators must respond to all tourist inquiries within 24 hours and maintain a minimum 4.0 star rating. SafariGo reserves the right to suspend operators with sustained ratings below this threshold.
